To secure each place, a non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required within 14 days of a provisional booking. Provisional bookings will be released after 14 days if a deposit is not received. Full payment must be made no later than one month prior to your party date. All bookings after this date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. All payments are non refundable and non transferable towards purchases should numbers reduce prior to event. Deposits paid at the time of booking guarantee the number of attendees, therefore, if numbers drop after the payment is made this will result in a total loss of the individual deposit. Once the final balance is received and a cancellation occurs within your group, this again will result in a total loss of monies paid. The hotel reserves the right to offer alternative dates or cancel parties should there be insufficient numbers. The prices quoted are non negotiable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounted rates and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. We comply by the “Challenge 25” this means, if you look younger than 25, we will ask to provide ID before being allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages. Please note – non buffet menus must be pre-ordered prior to the event. Some of our foods may contain ingredients produced from genetically modified soya or maize. We can not guarantee that our food is prepared in a nut free environment or that it will not contain traces of nuts. If you are allergic to certain foods and would like advice regarding the contents of our menus please speak to our events team. We do not allow guests to bring their own beverage, guests may be asked to leave if this is discovered. All accommodation rates are offered subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of the current rate of VAT.
